  1. hi,
i did the above steps and my device got bricked. it is restarting all the time. my hboot changed to 1.27. how can i restore it to the original config.
i have the HTC sensation 4g.
looking forward to hearing form you,
    thanx

    • If you can get into ClockworkMod recovery then flash the backup that you made before following the steps above. If you forgot to make a backup before starting the process then you need to find the stock RUU or try re-flashing the ROM here. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly (we have had a few people have issues but everything is usually fine the second time around)

If you need the RUU I will be posting an article today with it to help you out and will post the link here in case anyone else needs it. The Article will be How to Unbrick the HTC Sensation 4G and will place it back to a stock ROM that will allow OTA updates.

  2. thanx for the reply. however the hboot has changed to 1.27.1100. does this matter. also i tried recovery to previous image but it giving me missing sd-ext file
